EVICAM® is a verified media sharing platform operated by ZDTech LLC. These Community Guidelines establish standards for respectful and lawful use of our Service. We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and positive environment for all users to share authentic, verified media.

By using EVICAM®, you agree to follow these Guidelines alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA). Violations may result in content removal, account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on EVICAM®:

Illegal Activities

  • Content that violates local, state, federal, or international laws
  • Promotion or facilitation of illegal activities
  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement
  • Sharing of stolen, leaked, or unlawfully obtained media

Harmful Content

  • Violence, graphic content, or threats of violence
  • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Dangerous activities or challenges that could cause harm
  • Content involving weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances

Adult Content

  • Nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Sexual solicitation or adult services
  • Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts

Harassment and Abuse

  • Bullying, harassment, or intimidation
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
  • Stalking or persistent unwanted contact
  • Impersonation of others or creation of fake accounts

Hate Speech and Discrimination

  • Content that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Extremist content or terrorist propaganda
  • Holocaust denial or other historical revisionism

Spam and Misinformation

  • Spam, repetitive content, or unsolicited promotional material
  • Deliberately false or misleading information
  • Content intended to manipulate verification metadata
  • Attempts to circumvent our security measures

Privacy and Consent

Respecting privacy is fundamental to our community:

  • Only share media of others with their explicit consent
  • Respect location privacy - be mindful when sharing media with precise GPS coordinates
  • Do not share private conversations or communications without permission
  • Report any unauthorized sharing of your media immediately
  • Use privacy controls and password protection when appropriate

Verification Integrity

EVICAM’s verification system is core to our platform’s value:

  • Do not attempt to manipulate or falsify verification metadata
  • Report any suspicious or potentially manipulated verified media
  • Use the platform as intended - capture media in real-time with the app
  • Do not import external media and present it as verified
  • Maintain the security of your encryption keys and account credentials

Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to help maintain these standards:

  • Use the in-app reporting system to flag inappropriate content
  • Provide specific details about policy violations when reporting
  • Do not abuse the reporting system or make false reports

Content Moderation

We employ multiple moderation approaches:

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in the following actions:

  • Content Removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform
  • Warnings: First-time or minor violations may result in educational warnings
  • Feature Restrictions: Temporary limitations on sharing or other features
  • Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
  • Account Termination: Permanent removal of account and all associated content
  • Legal Action: Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement

Special Considerations

Newsworthy Content

We may allow content of significant public interest even if it would otherwise violate our guidelines, provided it is appropriately marked and contextualized.

Cultural Sensitivity

We recognize cultural differences in content standards and strive to apply our guidelines fairly while respecting diverse perspectives.

Updates and Changes

These Guidelines may be updated periodically to address new challenges, technologies, or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of EVICAM® after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
